Earn XP each time you complete and log your Strength, Cardio, Intervals, and Rejuvenation
XP can only be earned once a day from each category  

 

Strength 

Beginner 1XP ..... min 4 exercises 8 sets ..... max 3XP per week

Intermediate 2XP ..... min 5 exercises 12 sets ..... max 6XP per week

Advanced 3XP ..... min 5 exercises 15 sets ..... max 9XP per week

 

Cardio

Beginner  1XP .....15 min ..... max 3XP per week

Intermediate  2XP .....30 min ..... max 6XP per week

Advanced  3XP .....45 min ..... max 9XP per week

 

Intervals

Beginner ..... max 0XP per week

Intermediate  3XP ..... 5  Moderate Intensity ..... max 6XP per week

Advanced  3XP ..... 5  High Intensity ..... max 9XP per week

 

Rejuvenation

Beginner  1XP .....15 min ..... max 3XP per week

Intermediate  2XP .....30 min ..... max 6XP per week
