We will be meeting up in the parking lot in front of XP Fitness for some extreme outdoor conditioning. In this short but intense workout we will be doing a variation of different HIIT exercises including:
- Pulling / Pushing Rogue Dog Sled aka the Prowler
- Tire Flips
- Sprints
- Kettlebell Walks
- Giant Jump Rope
- Catapault Abs
- Speed Ladder
- Sandbag Carry
- And more fun craziness.
