Outdoor Conditioning

We will be meeting up in the parking lot in front of XP Fitness for some extreme outdoor conditioning.  In this short but intense workout we will be doing a variation of different HIIT exercises including:

  • Pulling / Pushing Rogue Dog Sled aka the Prowler
  • Tire Flips
  • Sprints
  • Kettlebell Walks
  • Giant Jump Rope
  • Catapault Abs
  • Speed Ladder
  • Sandbag Carry
  • And more fun craziness.
