Today marks the end of the current 6 week training cycle and also the start of your next series of workouts.
This is a good time to reflect on how successful you were in your last training cycle. Perhaps consider what you did well and what you may need to improve on to hit your next goal.
Week 1 is a deload week. Take this first week a little easier and challenge yourself on mastering the form of these new lifts so you can prepare to hit them harder over the next few weeks.
