The bottom line. Personal training is the ultimate service for guidance and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals. Benefits: losing weight / weight loss, tone up, build muscle, improve athleticism, balance, flexibility, endurance, and maximal strength.

Who we train. We have a diverse clientele and love the opportunity to work with anybody interested in improving : beginners to advanced, seniors, youth, and everything in between. A large percentage of our clients are beginners age 40-60.

The first session. The process starts by meeting at the gym for an introductory discussion Q&A. Whenever you decide to start up, we get you scheduled for a series of planned-progression training sessions. We start with a sensible and light workout to assess your current level of strength, conditioning, and flexibility. From there on out your training is a constant adaptation of progressive improvements followed by reassessment and program modification.  

Training times. Availability is subject to each trainer’s schedule, but overall we have time slots in the morning, afternoon, evenings and weekends.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I determine if personal training is a good fit for me?
We will start with an initial strategy session where you will get to meet with one of our trainers and learn a little more about our personalities and training styles.  We will also ask you to share some information about you so we can start getting to know you and how we will be able to help you reach your goals.  In that strategy session we will work together to create the right training package that fits your goals and your budget.

How many sessions to I need to purchase at a time to start training?
After we've agreed on the right training program and combination of services for you, we will ask you to get on a monthly payment for the training that you've ordered.  There is no minimum to the number of sessions you need to purchase, you could even start with just one.

I need to lose weight, how quickly can I expect to see results?
There are many variables that go into a weight loss program.  Typically our clients experience energy and mood improvements within the first week and see the visible results within 8-12 weeks.  It often takes much much longer to reach your goal especially if you have more than 20lbs to lose.

How do you take payment?
Payments are made at the beginning of the month prior to your scheduled appointments.  Any missed or cancelled appointments are subject to our 24hr cancellation policy.  We accept all forms of payment and can also keep your payment information on file in our encrypted membership management software for your future purchases.  

For tandem personal training, what if I don't have another person to train with me?
  You do not need to bring your own buddy.  We will match and pair you with other clients who are there to achieve similar goals as you.  If we are unable to match another person with you for that session, your rate remains at the tandem rate.  

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation notice policy and we are unavailable on Sundays (sacred time off) so reschedule any Monday appointments Saturday or earlier.  At the start of the month you "calendar up" and book the sessions you are committing to.  At any point you can reschedule those sessions to different days and/or times within the same month, however sessions within 24hrs can not be rescheduled.  If you miss a session without proper notice we will not credit you another session.  This means that all sessions booked must be used within the month of purchase.
